HI all. I've just seen the most amazing animated movie on animal planet. yes it's aimed at children to illistrate the problems polar bear have in the wild caused by humans. it starts with a mother polar bear telling her cubs a tale, and you see the lives of a family of polar bears, the ice melting faster and faster, and the conflict between the mother's wish to show her cubs the old ways of hunting for fast disappearing seals, and the new age polar bears who scavange in the dumps by the human settlements. the maam bear and her cubs have an arctic fox as a hanger on, as all polar bears do. the cubs learn how to hunt, and in the end the mama and her cubs are shot by man and returned to the north. and it all turns out that the mama telling the story is one of the cubs in the main plot. it's kinda cute, and very easy to follow without AD, but apparently the visuals are amazing too. anyone else seen this?
